Our rule: rights first
Dog Groomers US publishes an image only when we own it, have a license or documented permission for the intended use, commissioned it under suitable terms, or have another supportable legal basis. A photograph being visible on a search engine, map listing, social network, or business website does not by itself give this site permission to copy or republish it.
We do not hotlink Google Business Profile photographs or depend on temporary third-party image URLs. Approved image files are stored through infrastructure controlled for the site so the source host cannot unexpectedly block display and so access, format, and caching can be managed consistently.
Actual business images
An image presented as a salon, vehicle, groomer, or finished groom from a specific listing must be tied to that business and licensed for directory use. Submission records should identify the contributor, the business, the permission granted, any required credit, and whether the image may be cropped or optimized.
A business claim does not automatically grant rights to every photo on the business's other profiles. The claimant should submit media they control or identify the rights holder who can authorize use.
Editorial and illustrative images
Guides and data-light listing modules may use original editorial photography, licensed stock, commissioned art, or images created with generative tools. Illustrative media must not imply that a generic dog, grooming room, or staff member depicts the listed business. Captions and surrounding context should make that distinction clear.
Generative tools may assist in creating editorial imagery. Those files are reviewed for relevance, obvious artifacts, unsafe handling, misleading equipment use, embedded marks, and resemblance to a real business identity. An illustration is not evidence that a business offers a service or has a particular facility.
Five locally hosted editorial images on every listing
Every published business listing currently includes five distinct, locally hosted representative editorial photographs selected from a licensed image library. The library is reused across listings, but a listing does not repeat the same file within its own five-image gallery. Local hosting provides stable delivery without copying or depending on Google Business Profile image URLs.
These photographs are captioned as representative editorial images and are never presented as photographs of the named business, its staff, premises, vehicle, or work. They are visual context, not evidence of a listed service or facility. A verified owner or authorized rights holder can submit business-specific media; after identity and usage rights are documented, authorized real media can replace representative images on that listing.
Delivery, accessibility, and search
Listing images are served from stable site URLs in a supported web format, displayed responsively, and published in standard HTML. Width and height attributes reserve space to reduce layout movement; the first gallery image loads eagerly and later images may lazy-load without requiring a click to become part of the page.
Alternative text describes the meaningful content for a person who cannot see it, and captions identify the images as representative rather than business-specific. Filenames, captions, and alt text are written for clarity rather than stuffed with location or service keywords.
Credits, metadata, and removal requests
Credits and license notices are displayed when the license requires them. Rights-management metadata is preserved when needed and practical; optimization should not strip information that must remain with the file. Internal records should connect each published asset with its source and permission.
To report an image attached to the wrong business or used without authority, email nocturnaldevs@gmail.com with the page URL, image description, your relationship to the image, and the requested action. Do not send unnecessary identity documents. We may temporarily disable a disputed image while reviewing ownership or permission.
